Where do you look to find your comfort?
Isaiah 40 tells us that:
1/ Real comfort comes when sin is pardoned
2/ Real comfort comes when God visits to rescue
3/ Real comfort comes when all other ‘comforts' are cast aside, and we trust God’s word / plan / rescuer alone.
