Parenting is a tough business! This free community seminar has been designed to help parents better understand their children, from toddlers to teenagers, in an interactive and non-threatening environment. The seminar seeks to explain how the brain develops in children an adolescents and apply this knowledge to parenting strategies.

The seminar will be presented by Ann Cunningham, from MU. Ann has a background in occupational therapy and works for MU running parenting seminars. MU is part of a worldwide organisation within the Anglican Church that supports parents and families.
